The HMC Australian Retail Partnerships Fund (LML Series II) is an unlisted fund with strategically aligned investors, focusing on essential Daily Needs properties in Australia targeting a ~10%+ levered IRR.
The Fund will target core plus assets to add value and unlock growth through active remixing exiting non-core tenants and build-out major and mini-major tenants (i.e. supermarkets, LFR, health & wellbeing and other daily needs categories).

The HMC Australian Retail Partnerships Fund (LML Series II) forms part of the Last Mile Logistics Fund, targeting core plus and value add assets (sub regional, neighbourhood &anp; LFR assets) with upside via repositioning into essential last mile real estate infrastructure.
